Use the service responsibly.
This page gives the conduct-focused public view of WhiteLyin's expectations across the public site, WhiteLyin Core, and the current tools launch.
On this page
WhiteLyin expects lawful, respectful, and non-abusive use.
This page supports the broader terms of use by giving a more direct conduct-oriented summary of what WhiteLyin does and does not permit during the current controlled launch.
Prohibited conduct
- Abuse, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or operational interference.
- Malware distribution, illegal content, or other unlawful use of the service.
- Credential sharing, unauthorized access attempts, or bypass of access controls.
- Using the current public tools surfaces as an unofficial batch service, scraping target, or substitute for a public API.
Automation, scraping, scanning, and reverse engineering
WhiteLyin does not permit unauthorized scraping, abusive automation, bulk extraction, broad scanning, or reverse engineering beyond lawful allowances and approved technical use. The current tools launch is browser-oriented and does not create a public API licence by implication.
Identity, account, and access misuse
WhiteLyin does not permit credential theft, session hijacking, impersonation, misuse of organization-linked access, or attempts to obtain access beyond what the current user or organization is meant to have.
Uploads, user content, and customer data
Where uploads or user content are supported, users must ensure they have the right to submit the material, that the content is lawful, and that they are not using WhiteLyin to process data they are not entitled to handle. WhiteLyin may moderate, remove, restrict, or investigate material where necessary.
Operational enforcement
WhiteLyin may throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, users, or business. Operational enforcement can be applied before a full account or service suspension is required, including rate limiting on the current tools surface.
Reporting and contact
Questions or reports about abuse, access misuse, bulk scraping, or policy concerns can be sent to hello@whitelyin.co.za or support@whitelyin.co.za.
